Thank you for your interest in the 19th Annual Florida Classic  to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Set for November 12-14, 2014 in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this exciting event features three days of fun-filled sporting and social events that attract prominent businesspeople, charitable benefactors, and sports enthusiasts from around South Florida and across the country.

The festivities kick off on Wednesday, November 12 with the sailfish classic’s Angler Welcome Party and Captains’ Meeting.  It is followed by a full day of fishing on Thursday, November 13 with a Cocktail Awards Reception that evening.  A chic BeachBash will be the “sexiest party of the year” also taking place on Thursday evening.  Friday, November 14 events include a top-notch golf tournament and a spectacular Red-Tie Affair 65 Roses Gala to cap everything off.  It is certainly the event not to miss!

The golf tournament is held at the exclusive Fort Lauderdale Country Club; the Red-Tie Affair 65 Roses Gala will take place at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale; the fishing tournament events and the BeachBash will take place at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina Hotel.

Since its inception 19 years ago, the Classic has netted more than $6.7 million to help support the research and care programs leading to the development of new drug therapies and an increase in median life expectancy for CF patients.
